The  most ‘Super Fun Day Out’ you’ve ever had: As someone who doesn’t particularly enjoy dark and cramped spaces, caving at Cheddar George was the most exciting and scary day out. My jokes about turning out the helmet lights and pretending to be ghosts did not go down well, but that may have been because we were all a bit nervous. At one point we had to put our battery packs on the side of our bodies to fit through a tiny gap in the floor!

Earliest Memory of a SFDO: The funfair at Butlins when I was growing up.

Craziest Sport You’ve Ever Tried: Duel Hydro Zorbing. Two of us in a giant ball with water, bouncing down a hill on the coldest day of the year! Brrrr! It was like a cross between being in a washing machine and playing on bouncy castle!

Next adrenalin activity you plan on trying: Off to Guernsey soon to try out some water sports.
