Mendip Gliding Club was formed in 1975 on the airfield at Weston-Super-Mare. In 1988 we moved to our existing site at Halesland Airfield, near Cheddar on the Mendip Hills. The view from this location is absolutely stunning and we enjoy excellent soaring conditions throughout the year.
