Bitless Bridle Equestrian Centre, just outside Talsarn on the B4337 between Lampeter & Aberystwyth (map), is dedicated to Natural Horsemanship. Situated on the south-facing slope of Trichrug at over 1,000 feet above sea level there are fantastic views over the surrounding countryside right out to the Brecon Beacons. The Equestrian Centre is next door to a regular feeding place for Red Kites where 200 or more can be seen circling overhead at feeding times.

We use and teach a more sympathetic way of handling & riding horses using the pain-free communication of the Dr Cook Bitless Bridle. Indoor / outdoor tuition (including jumping), hacks, pub & picnic rides; all abilities catered for, nervous riders are especially welcome. Junior riding club & pony club (using our horses & ponies) are held at weekends. Horses & ponies available to loan on a monthly basis on the HOWW scheme.
