Terrible – brought a voucher via groupin for this comoany who have since ignored my attempts to redeem and now their website comes up as harmful to my computer and is blocked!!! I brought several of the 4×4 driving vouchers as gifts and now It looks terrible on my part Im out of pocket and friends with no gift!
I have managed to get through to Hoverdays directly and book 2 vouchers (wowchers) after finding the number busy or, mailbox (O2 mobile full) however, I have also found there is a problem with their website as being flagged as harmful. I will post again after the activity.
I have also bought vouchers as presents from Groupon – been trying to get through but with 0 response… Not Happy
Trying to get through via website and says it has a virus, tried phoning but got answerphone – will see if i get a response!!! :(
Groupon have been selling vouchers for Hoverdays. They have been selling for about £22, of which Hoverdays receives about £7!
They have sold so many that the Hoverdays phone never stops (literally – people have their phone on ring-back and its been going solidly for weeks)
The guys at Hoverdays have done loads of vouchers for people after the expirey date, for which they receive nothing. They are a decent company but are struggling with the demand at present. The amount they receive from Groupon does not enable them to employ extra admin to deal with the shear volume of vouchers being sold.
Try emailing enquiries@hoverdays.co.uk or phoning 07967 028699.
I don’t work at Hoverdays – they told me all this when I went (and had a fantastic time btw). They couldn’t have been more helpful and were very apologetic about being so busy.
Had a fantastic time yesterday. It took us a while to get it booked because the company is very busy with the vouchers but when we did we were so pleased, it made my son’s birthday his best yet.
I have been trying to book my Hoverday for my partner for weeks but to no avail. We both work full time so end up spending my days off ringing this o2 number to book it. Ive complained to Groupon over the phone, (when i finally got through to them) and via email. They were quick enough to take my money. My voucher runs out soon, so i suspect like my people i will lose my money and my partner his Birthday present. If that happens i will sue Groupon for being so un professional and inconvenient
Thank you for the helpful response Tim. We have worked with hoverdays in the past and it seems they are currently overwhelmed due the groupon vouchers. Not sure what is wrong with their website but I will mention it to them next time I speak with them.
Day three of this week trying to get through to Hoverdays. Now the 02 voicemail i get is full so cannot leave another message, great. How professional are these people.
Day four, still cannot get through!!!
just confirmed my booking with hoverdays via phone after receiving a groupon voucher for christmas. had problems with their website but experienced absolutely no problems booking by phone. got through straight away and gentleman was really polite and helpful.
Well i must’ve been given the wrong number on my voucher jason
Yipeeeeee i got through!!! Going on saturday and you were right jason the gentleman was very polite and helpful.
I got the voucher for my Birthday last December, and called them last week to book in as the voucher runs out at the end of February. Got through straight away and spoke to a very nice gent who booked me in for this Saturday. Really looking forward to it. will let you know how it goes.
got a 4×4 day on groupon for xmas rang on thurs 26 jan got straight through and was able to book for the following Thursday. Can’t get better than that. Whats the problem? I’ve learnt with high demand groupon deals ,you need to realise that everyone wants the weekend.
Looking forward to my trip.
Been trying to get through to book but only getting voice mail, i have left messages but still no ringback, i have 3 vouchers 2 i got for friends as gifts, they run out next week 28th feb and it looks like we are going to miss out! Not happy, hope they sort this out!!
We went today. Booked beg of December for a 4×4 experience. People who worked there were very nice and helpful. Our battery died on our car and they were v helpful. The driving experience was ok could of been longer overall would go back to try out other things. The high demand is down to groupon it was very very busy when we went. 4 out of 5 stars
I had my voucher as a Christmas present and managed to get through. The experience was great but we noticed a go kart track next door belonging to a separate company and called in on the off chance. Staff were really helpful and got us on the track straight away and we had a brilliant time. This was midweeks but we were warned that we would have to pre book at week ends. Well done Rednal Karting!
Haven’t been here yet but I have tried to call to see if they can extend my voucher as it is due to expire and they are more than helpful only needed to phone once! They were very accommodating and have done everything they can to ensure my voucher isn’t wasted they are polite and friendly and i don’t think it’s very fair that anyone searching the company name see’s the feedback at the top of this page they were obviously having difficulties to start with due to the amount of vouchers sold but all companies learn somewhere!!
