By agreement with the London Borough of Croydon, the Croydon Sailing Club sails on South Norwood Lake, a six acre former canal feeder reservoir. The club celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2005.
The lake is situated between Crystal Palace and Norwood.
There is a boat park for members boats and a number of club boats. Club boats are available for use by club members at no additional charge.
Boats are launched from a small slipway on the west side of the lake.
Sailing is from a floating jetty and there is a small club house on the south side of the lake.
