Awful. I booked this in January for my sisters birthday on 1st May. I live in Manchester and travelled up to Scotland for the weekend specially for it only to get a phone call once I was up there cancelling our activity as there was ‘not enough bookings to open the centre’. We had taken days off work for it everything but we have been told we have to re-book for another date.
